Boredom and getting trapped in the shower...

Hello blogettes,

Well, yesterday was a very boring day. I had fook all to do, and as a result I was bored, and all mopey. For God's sake, when will I get over it? I'm sick of feeling crappy!

Well, I did do something yesterday - I cleaned the communal areas in the flat. It wasn't too bad, but I spent ages on the bathroom, as it was a bit skanky. Nathalie had really dark hair, and it seemed to be everywhere. I stood in the bath to clean the sliding doors on the side (so wather from the shower doesn't go everywhere) and managed to pull the door off it's runner and get trapped inside for about 5 mins.

It just wouldn't move! I ended up thinking that I'd have to wait thereuntil someone got home! But I managed to jiggle it a little bit, enough so I could open it without any problems!

Speaking of problems, there has been ANOTHER atypical University of Salford cck up. Apparently, I was meant to have a learning agreement, and bring it to ISLA with me, but I don't actually rememer being given one. I remember filling it in with my Portuguese tutor, but as far as having a copy, I didn't get one. I was confused about this, and asked about the learnign agreement, and was told that I didn't need to worry, as it was all sorted and ISLA were expecting me. Hmph! Well, this isn't the case, and I've now had to jump through hoops to get the thing sorted, including sending an e-mail to Pauline Hardman, who's the erasmus co-ordinator at UoS. Frankly. I'm tired of it, and I just want it sorting. This means that I'll get my erasmus grant on the 24th March, all being well. It's £930, so it should last a while, but I'm not sure if it'll be long enough! We'll see, it's not like I haven't got any emergency money or anything!

Well, I'm off, I've got a lesson with some crazy German-Brazillian lady for Portuguese>English translation. Random!

Ben xxxx
