Paella Valenciana

Heather has sent me a “funny” about MicrosoftTM®©D.I.S.C.O.. I like the
paperclip menu at the bottom the best!!! That’s what it does to me all the
time!!

Today is boring as fook! I’m sure I’ll have fun later on though! I’m
going to attempt to cook a Paella Valenciana for Mark. It’s gonna go
horribly wrong! Nieves has lent me a thing to put on the hob which is
like a big cooking ring. Apparently, it spreads the heat out more, so
your paella cook properly.

Paella Valenciana is different to the seafood version. Both originated in
the Valencian region, and El Port Restaurant in El Grau de Castellón
makes a really nice seafood verion, but I’ve never had their meat one as
they always run out. I’ve had one in Valencia. At Café Bombay, and that’s
really nice.

Nieves has given me the ingredients:

Chicken breast
Rabbit
Loin of Pork
Giant butter beans
Green beans, sliced
Onion
Garlic
Pulped tomato
Salt
Olive oil
Water
Chicken stock.

It’s well nice! I’ll take a photo of my creation when I’m done!

Today’s proper quiet. Not really doing much at the moment. Heather’s
going to Barcelona later on to see Tori, so I won’t see her now until
Tuesday! I hope she’ll be alright on the train; Tori got off at Orpresa
del Mar the other week and had to get an AMSA bus here!

Random town name of the day = LOGROÑO

¡Hasta ahora!
